Preserved Meyer Lemons
Everyone in Berkeley seems to find access to a Meyer that produces a surplus of lemons. We've made Meyer Lemon Marmalade, Lemon Tarts, and lemon juice goes into just about everything from salad dressing to a cup of tea.
